ASROCK G41M-VS3 BOARD, debug card -12v is missing & no display in board.

2nd problem is in ASUS P4V533-MX ON & OFF AFTER 10 SECONDS. Kindly help me to resolve the problems.

Dear Sir,
Acer la7912p turns off on battery mode after 10-15 minutes and it does not power off on adapter mode. please help me to resolve this problem.
